In my opinion it is very important to make certain that my organization constantly complies with accreditation and regulatory standards. There are several steps to follow and I want to simplify everything in order to always be sure of perfect compliance. So I knew that getting the policy management software from this certain company was a good idea. I learned about it from a business partner. He told me that he hired the company to organize almost every aspect in his organization and so far he is very content with what he gets for his money. Policy and procedure management are just the basic things that the company accomplishes. Simplified standards management is a second purpose and the other features include training of employees, employee testing and surveys. I find it vital that my employees are well-trained and well-informed of the policies. I consider them as a part of what makes up my organization because without them there will be no products. I always want to know their opinions as well. I like to have feedbacks from them so having surveys all of the time is very helpful for me. I like how the company offers confidentiality as a part of their survey feature. There are employees who are afraid of making a complaint since they might suffer for it but with the option of being anonymous, they are free to voice out. Improvements can be made if the source of problem is known so I am very pleased with the surveys.
